Coconut Yogurt Recipe

For the first meal in my raw diet, we are making Coconut Yogurt!

Recipe: 

1 can of coconut milk

2 capsules of probiotics 

Instructions:

Shake the can of coconut milk vigorously for 30 seconds before opening. 

Pour coconut milk into a mason jar

Empty the two capsules into the coconut milk

Mix with a wooden spoon

Cover the Mason Jar with Cheese Cloth

Let sit in a warm place for 12-24 hours

If you would like it sweet, add vanilla or a sweetener to it after fermentation.

Store in refrigerator.
